Revert: always report rx_bytes in UDP status, not tx_bytes

Reporting tx_bytes in TX-only mode caused MikroTik to show speed on the wrong side (Tx instead of Rx). MikroTik tracks its own Rx by counting UDP arrivals — the status bytes_received is for the OTHER direction (how much we received from the client).
