Docker-based build pipeline (scripts/build-android-docker.sh) replacing
hcloud VMs — NOT verified working yet. Also includes android_logger
migration that may have introduced build issues. All changes after
264ef9c are suspect.

Prevents stale .so files from local builds being synced to the VM
and creating duplicate android/android/ nested directories. The VM's
cargo-ndk generates fresh .so files — local ones must not interfere.
Also cleans any leftover android/android/ dirs from previous bad syncs.

Keystores are saved in android/keystore/ (gitignored) and uploaded
to the build VM. No more signature mismatches between builds.
Rsync excludes keystore dir to prevent --delete from removing them.

The jni crate emits VERBOSE logs for every JNI method lookup (~10 lines
per call, 100+ calls/sec on audio threads). This floods logcat, consumes
CPU, and triggers system kills. Filter to only show INFO+ for our crates
and WARN+ for everything else.
Also fix build script: clean full Rust target to ensure libc++_shared.so
is always copied by cargo-ndk.

- Filter hcloud by SERVER_NAME to avoid touching other servers
- Use rsync instead of tar (handles submodules, no macOS xattr spam)
- Default server type cx33
- Release APK failure is non-fatal (debug APK still produced)
