Siavash Sameni	bd6733b2e5	feat(signal): advertise build version in Offer/Answer ... Add caller_build_version / callee_build_version (git short hash) to DirectCallOffer and DirectCallAnswer so peers can identify each other's build in debug logs. Also log own build at register time.
